Development of AMS South [AMS Sud] port site

The site, covering an area of 30 ha, is currently being cleaned up by SPAQuE. With a 200 m quay and a storage area, this former brownfield site will be transformed into a new port zone, and a new access road to the site will be created using part of the 2014-2020 ERDF funds.

The development of the site, and the creation of a bridge and an access road crossing the Sambre, will provide the land with a rapid and easy road connection to the R3 and allow it to welcome entrepreneurs interested in the waterway.
